Tinted windows? HIDs?

have you tinted all the way around? If so what percentage? My old cars I use to do double 5% so even on sunny days, it was nearly impossible to see in. For my new ex-t (red), I'm thinking 35% all around?

I found a good set of HIDs. Has anyone threw them in there high beams as well? Where did you tuck the ballast on the right side? Next to the windshield washer tank?

Has anyone found any cold air intakes yet?!?!
