Is there any way to turn off rain sensing wipers?

I have to admit I'm not liking the wiper settings on my Touring compared to how they are on my 2013 EX. My only options seem to be Low (which is still too fast for my liking), High, and Auto. I use Rain-X on my windshield so I don't really need the wipers most of the time, especially when driving at high speeds. On my 2013, I use the little adjustable wheel on the wiper knob to choose a lower speed. The Touring has the same little wheel but it doesn't seem to do anything. Am i missing...
