Fog light housing install

Hi everyone, I just got a new Civic EX, and the one thing I really wish this car had that it doesn't is fog lamps, and upgrading to the EX-T wasn't worth it for just those. I know it runs around $500 for a dealership to order and install them, but I was hoping someone here might know how difficult or not it would be to install them on your own. There are several treads about upgrading the bulbs, but I hadn't seen any about installing the actual housings.
