Infotainment system beeps incessantly

I've had my 2016 Civic about two months. Aside from a bit of turbo surging and a TPMS alert a few days back (fixed by filling the tires--as a first-time car owner, I feared the worst), the only real issue I've had with my EX-T is that the infotainment screen has a tendency to beep wildly at me sometimes for a few minutes after I start the car. There's a small icon that blinks in the middle of the infotainment screen while this is happening.
