I've had my car for a few days now. I have a 4 and 6 year old. Already, they are using the backseat inside door trim (flat section next to the seat cushion) to get up into the car. I can already see that this is going to eventually destroy this piece of trim. Scuffs and scratches from the bottom of their shoes. Anyone come up with a creative way to protect this? Maybe a piece of floor mat tacked down somehow.
